    A Martial Arts gym that uses a hybrid concept to all its classes to bring you the perfect mix of cardio, strength, flexibility and stamina. We want to give our students the best exercises to burn fat fast, increase lean muscle and boost your confidence in learning a martial art.With a competition specified boxing ring, 15 heavy bags, a teardrop bag and even a tyre-stack, plus neoprene dumbbells, punching mitts, Thai pads, and shin pads; combined with experienced and world accredited Thai Instructors /Kru, Cross Muay Thai ensures a "Pure Muay Thai" an empowering and fat-burning experience each and every time for beginners, intermediate and advanced students.

  • JUNIOR MUAY THAI

    Junior Muay Thai is a 60 minute class on Saturdays and Sundays with fun obstacle courses to train them on their cardio and agility, plus discipline through the learning of techniques of Muay Thai for a fun-filled class for kids of ages 7 to 16.
