    Centered around Muay Thai, the hybrid-system concept of workouts at Cross Muay Thai have been designed and equipped to build lean muscle, strength, agility, endurance and reflexes; all of which are needed to become an effective martial arts practitioner for fitness or competition. So, Cross Muay Thai made sure their cross training zone is the perfect set-up to complement their martial arts zone, giving you efficient strength and conditioning training plus the explosive power and cardio of Muay Thai.

  • PURE MUAY THAI

    Everyday ex Wednesdays

    A martial arts that uses 8 weapons – your legs, knees, elbows, fists. And because it requires active all over body movement, it is one of the most effective ways to burn calories and develop better cardio, strength and boost your metabolic rate. Classes are divided into Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. For many people who just want to learn self defence, Muay Thai would also be the most effective martial art for any size, weight and height.

     

    BOXING

    Every Mon + Wed + Fri + Sun

    Boxing is one of the proven forms of fight training that is effective in burning calories and fat fast and in a more interactive manner. Learn the proper way to throw punches, trim the waist from the twisting actions needed in boxing and tone the arms and core. Ideal for people with little or no exercise experience and knee problems.

     

     

     

    CARDIO MUAY THAI

    Every Mon + Wed + Fri + Sun

    Increase your stamina in a class that focuses on building your cardio capacity so you can kick and punch harder and longer. This class focuses more on body weight and muscle endurance exercises that are typical in training for Muay Thai which in essence is the oldest form of HiiT concept of exercise as it centers around a high output of energy through the punching and kicking in short bursts. This in turn triggers the after burn effect which makes your body a more efficient calorie burning machine for at least 24 hrs after your workout.

    MAXOUT

    Every Mon + Fri

    We know that when you build more lean muscle, your body becomes a more efficient calorie-burning machine. So our focus is exactly just that - to help you build more and maintain the lean muscle. These classes are circuit training based where kettle bells, free weights, pull up bars, sled, battle rope, and barbells come into play to challenge yourself to go to higher levels of fitness.

     

     

    CROSSFIGHT

    Every Tue + Thu + Sat

    Mixing up Martial Arts Cardio with high intensity weighted and body-weight exercises and short recovery periods, Cross Fight gives you one of the fastest workouts to build lean muscle fast. Because of the high intensity of these classes, the duration of the class runs for about 60 minutes which goes in line with the HiiT concept of exercise which gives you the after burn effect, which means your body will still burning calories to compensate for what was lost and what your muscles need for recovery for at least 24 hours after the class.

    MUAY THAI TECHNIQUE

    Every Tue + Wed + Thu

    Master the techniques in footwork, posture, balance, punching, kicking, knees and elbows. Perfect for all levels.

     

     

     

     

     

     

    YOGA

    Every Sat

    One of the oldest forms of exercise, our Yoga classes will work on your flexibility, core strength, muscle stamina and calm your mind.

     

     

     

     

     

     

    JUNIOR MUAY THAI

    Junior Muay Thai is a 60 minute class on Saturdays and Sundays with fun obstacle courses to train them on their cardio and agility, plus discipline through the learning of techniques of Muay Thai for a fun-filled class for kids of ages 7 to 16.
